oscar corona   is a   los angeles   based  interdisciplinary artist and arts educator. their practice involves mark-making, experimental video installation, and sculpture. 

Oscar Corona was born in Oceanside, California in 1993. They earned a BFA from California Institute of the Arts in 2017, and is an MFA graduate from Art Center College of Design, Pasadena, California. Corona’s work has been the subject of one-person exhibitions at institutional venues including: Blister, ArtCenter, Pasadena, CA (2024); Ssserendipity, ArtCenter, Pasadena, CA (2023); Open Channel, ArtCenter, Pasadena, CA (2023); Friend of Judy, ArtCenter, Pasadena, CA (2023); Plaster of Paris, ArtCenter, Pasadena, CA (2022); ?donde jugaran los ninos?, CalArts, Valencia, CA (2017); wanna come over my parents aren’t home, CalArts, Valencia, CA (2015).
